Ariana Carvalho

About Me:

I am a Wellington High School junior whose favorite subjects are science and mathematics. I am part of the Equine/Pre-Veterinary Academy and I actively participate in Justin Bartlett events and caring for horses. As much as I love providing my efforts with animals, I’ve also worked as a youth program volunteer at medical hospitality houses. My passions are art, gardening, and baking since I’m curious to expand my knowledge of the outside world while having a safe place to grow. Click here to check out my Student Resume!

Teaching Style:

My goal is to encourage students that it’s important to absorb information deeply, not just uselessly memorize. I focus on a supportive, engaging, and comfortable environment where there’s open communication so it doesn’t feel like a traditional student-teacher dynamic. Also, a huge emphasis on mistakes are part of the learning process

Special Instructions:

Please bring any homework or class materials to help me better understand your needs and make the most of our session.

What to Expect from Your Session With Ariana

Each tutoring session lasts one hour and begins promptly at the scheduled time.

  • Online sessions are conducted via Google Meet — the meeting link will be sent shortly after your payment is received.

  • In-person sessions are held by default at the Wellington Branch Library to ensure a quiet, focused environment. Sessions can be potentially (not guaranteed) rebooked to a different location, including the comfort of your own home, by coordinating directly with me after purchase.

To help us make the most of our time, please book the correct subject or level in advance. Bringing class materials, homework, or notes is highly encouraged — the more context I have, the more effective I can be in supporting your learning goals.
